Add-ons Button Does Not Appear

I have installed Add-ons many times on my browser and have gone through the phase of the Add-on button not showing on the browser toolbar or the add-on bar and have even solved the minute issue but somehow it slipped my mind today. So I thought I will blog the process down for future reference.

Example:
Adding Screen-grabber,
    1. On the Firefox menu, click Add-ons.
    2. Search for the add-on and install it.
    3. Click Extensions.
    4. Click the Restart Now link respective to the newly downloaded add-on.
    5. On the Firefox menu, click Add-ons.
    6. Click Options respective to the add-on.
    7. Click Actions
    8. Select the Show button on add-on bar.
    9. Click OK
